BL-12C Portable Temperature Calibrator 200…1100°C
The portable thermostatic calibrator BL-12C has been designed to carry out laboratory and field checks of thermocouples and of Pt100; it consists of a tubular vertical well with an internal quartz pipe and an interchangeable equalising block.
The equalising block, whose large size suits the external dimensions, ensures a proper heat transmission as well as optimal stability and uniformity values; its interchangeability makes it possible to test sensors of various lengths, with diameters ranging from 1 mm up to 26 mm. The block of the standard equipment has 4 holes (Ø 7, 9, 11 and 13,5 mm); on request, further versions with different kinds of holes are available. To calibrate temperature sensors by the comparison method, a version with two independent inputs are also available on request (one input for the reference probe and the second one for the probe under calibration).

IBL-0C Industrial Dry Block -24…125°C
These innovative Dry-Blocks have been designed for on-site applications and for the severe conditions of the naval and marine sectors. The high heating/cooing rates allow considerable savings in terms of time during calibration that requires more than one verification point. The excellent performances of IBL-0C are due to the Peltier cells that heat and cool the thermal block and to the material with which the thermal block itself is made. This material provides an axial and radial uniformity typical of higher end calibrators. The dry-block has two parallel holes with a diameter of 13 mm in which the reduction inserts are inserted to adapt the diameter of the probe to be calibrated to the calibrator. There are 7 inserts available with holes ranging from a diameter of 3.2 to 11.1 mm, while other holes are provide upon request up to 1 mm in diameter.
Technical Specifications:
Range: -24 … 125 °C
Stability: ±0,05 °C (all range)
Standard inserts: Ø 4,8 – 6,4 mm (two inserts)
Hole depth: 104 mm

IBL-3C Industrial Dry Block +10 °C…375°C
These innovative Dry-Blocks have been designed for on-site applications and for the severe conditions of the naval and marine sectors. The high heating/cooing rates allow considerable savings in terms of time during calibration that requires more than one verification point.
The Dry-Block has a hole with a diameter of 26x150 mm in which the reduction inserts are inserted to adapt the diameter of the probe to be calibrated to the calibrator. There are 3 inserts available with holes ranging from a diameter of 3,2 to 12,7 mm while other holes are provided upon request up to 1 mm in diameter. The appliance of an innovative ventilation system allows the Dry-Block to keep the temperature on the top of the oven lower compared to competitors’ oven. The flow of air on the upper part of the oven is diverted to the rear of the appliance by a tangential flow that touches the calibration well. Consequently, the heads of the thermocouples, which contain the connection terminals of the compensated cables, remain at a considerably lower temperature, reducing very much the compensation errors produced by the heads heating.
Technical Specifications:
Range: (Tamb + 10 °C) … 375 °C
Stability: ±0,15 °C (all range)
Standard insert: Ø 3,2 - 4,8 – 6,4 – 11,1 mm (one insert)
